If you pay by credit card, 3% bank fees will be charged basing on total of value. We accept VISA & MASTER card.
If payment is made online, please supply copy of two sides of your credit card and photo of your valid passport.

After taking the money order and paying, you will receive a bill with MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) with 10 digits,please inform us the full name, country of sender, the amount and the MTCN through email to email@example.com
Once we agree to do the payment, booking invoice will be sent to guest’s email (supplied by guest). Guest pays for booking by
clicking to the Invoice link in the email (sent by us) and fill his credit card information and submit to finish the payment.
We require minimum 30% to 50% deposit for every booking, the balance will be paid upon arrival.
2.1. Cancellations only become effective once our sales office receives notification of cancellation IN WRITING to our email: info@halonggalaxycruise.
2.2. Cancellation policies:
2.2.1. For individual guests or group of guests with number of person lower than 10:
2.2.2: For group of guest with number of person larger than 10:
2.2.3: For group of guest who charters the boat
2.2.4: For Travel Agent
Cancellation is applied following the conditions in the contract and agreement what signed before.
The above penalties apply when the entire booking is cancelled and apply to all services including cruise and land arrangements. Guests or their travel agent must send the cancellation by fax or mail to Reservation Department to cancel the reservation. Please be advised that we will NOT accept any cancellations or amendments requests by phone unless the matter is extremely urgent. Cancellations are ONLY valid if you receive a confirmation email from us to accept your cancellation or amendment. If you have submitted your cancellation or amendment and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email within 24 hours after submission, please do contact us IMMEDIATELY.
3.1. Basing on Cancellation Policies, we will charge amount of the booking total costs basing on the regulation or cancel policies.In case of reason by God such as weather, accident…, we will calculate the used services to deduct to the total of booking.
3.2. If overall of booking has cancelled by reason of NATURAL:
3.2.1. Cancel tour before arrival Ha Long Bay: Free of charge.
3.2.2. Cancel tour when arrived Halong, having lunch and return Hanoi: 25% tour cost
3.2.3. Cancel tour when arrived Halong, change program to Halong daily tour : 50% tour cost
3.3. Refund procedure is processed in 2 weeks if guests pay by credit card.
All cruises, visa, land tours and hotel prices and charges are quoted in USD unless otherwise indicated. We also accepted: EURO, POUND, AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.
5.1. Children under 4 years old are FOC when using existing beds in the room with parent. Baby cot is available for free.
5.2. Children from 5- 8 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rates if using existing bed. Extra bed is unavailable.
5.3. Children above 9 years old are charged at 100% based on adult rates.
6.1.Time and Itinerary may be changed unexpectedly following conditions of weather or permission of Government. We will notice immediately if any changes.
6.2.Confirmed arrival and departure dates, number of cabins and passengers, passenger’s names, passport and visa numbers, cabin category (SGL/DBL/TWIN), special requirements (e.g. gifts, dietary requirements, etc.) must be provided by passengers at least seven (7) days prior to check-in.
